BICS Sdn Bhd (previously known as Butterworth Ice Cream Supply) was founded in year 1979 and we have accomplished so much over the years. Located at Bagan Ajam, Butterworth, Penang, it was one of the northern region’s agent of Walls Ice Cream.

In year 2011 we had started our nature business as distributor for Dutch Lady Chills Products covering Northern areas.

2009 - Due to business expansion, we moved to a bigger facility at Bukit Minyak.
 
2011 - We started another business line as a distributor of Dutch Lady chill products for the northern region.

2020 - We further expanded our business in warehousing and logistic facilities.

2023 - We added another business line with DKSH products for the northern region.
